Once a Business/First Class ticket is confirmed and ticketed, all tickets are: Non-Refundable and Not-Changeable. Please review your travel information (dates/locations/spelling of the traveler’s name). In case of cancelation or date change, full monetary refunds are not given, you will have a credit with the airline for one year from the date your original ticket was issued, Traveler must call 24 hours before departure to cancel the flight if needed, otherwise the tickets are forfeited. If Business/First class tickets must be changed or cancelled, penalty will apply. For Business and First Class fares, penalty ranges from $90-$2500 per ticket. Some tickets are completely Non-Refundable and cannot be changed or refunded.
